From Argentina with a mixed Mediterranean family, food has always been a focal point in Markos' life. Deciding to make it his profession he has travelled the world cooking, creating many special connections, experiences and memories in a career spanning over 2 decades in gastronomy.
Born in the south west of England, moved over here in 2018 after having been a chef for over 20 years, Mark has extensive experience in a variety of different cuisines. With a huge passion for food as a whole but especially for baking and pastry, Mark will create menus full of flavour and excitement for you and your guests.
Originally from Fife in Scotland, mark has lived in the area for the past 12 years. A chef since 1999, specialised in fine dining, banqueting and bespoke catering, his knowledge and passion comes from travelling europe and asia and utilising the freshest in-season local produce.
